A quiet Sunday around home. I've mostly gotten over my travel hangover but am just now restarting exercise and intelligent food. Well, more intelligent.
Zoe was helping me with my Yoga today.

Once Zoe let me back on the mat I was able to finish. Always nice to have help.
I'm doing a Clay pot pork loin roast here shortly. The price of pork loin is still very low and it makes for several different types of meals once cooked. I'm doing this one with rosemary out of our yard, garlic, shallots, onions, and sweet potatoes. And a salad on the side.
Tomorrow I'll likely make some whole wheat bread. We need a substantial carbohydrate around.

Date: 2022-02-20 21:39 (UTC)Your dinner sounds yummy. We are having leftover chili for dinner, which will also be yummy, but I haven't made a pork roast in a long time. I might put that on this week's grocery list . . . ;)
